When I try to download a new app on my LG Cosmos 3, it either says "update not available" or "download failed try again". When I retry , sometime it will start the download, but never finishes it. What am I doing wrong? Or is it my phone? Thanks.
I love getting application on my phone as well r5c5! I am sure you are doing nothing wrong. Please provide the steps you are taking to download the application. What applications are you trying to download? Is it more then one application? Are you able to browse the web?
