Greetings,
I've been getting some annoying spam calls. I verbally ask them to stop, but they persist, sometimes even after blocking the marketer or recruiter's number. (Changing numbers)
I went to add another number to my blocked list and now My Verizon states "Sorry, we do not offer this service at this time." I've been checking back every now and then but same ole' message. Adding, the phone itself doesn't offer blocking capabilities.
Is this an issue being look into, or has the function removed permanently? I wouldn't suppose, that would be quite redundant.

Done with Verizon.

I just blocked a few numbers and had no trouble. Did you try using a different browser to see if it might be a browser problem? Mary

Am having the same problem and getting the error message: "The activity you are trying to perform is currently unavailable. Please try again later." Tried different browsers and cleared cache. Any ideas?
