LG Cosmos Touch stuck on Downloading screen

I recently tried to upgrade my LG Cosmos Touch, but it got unplugged.  Now it's stuck on the "Downloading... Do not unplug" screen.  I can't turn it off and I tried removing the battery to no avail.  How do I fix this?

You may need to take it to a store and have a tech look at it - if removing the battery with the phone on doesn't get it out of the "loop", there isn't much else you can do.
