My brand new LG Extravert does not stay paired with the Plantronics bluetooth headset. I bought the phone less than a week ago and it stayed pair(able) with the headset for about 2 days! I found a discussion on this forum regarding pairing the phone with a Lexus (I wish I had one) and followed the instructions for resetting the phone. It worked and the phone successfully paired with the headset.
So, does this mean that I will be resetting the phone, every week, to allow it to pair up with the headset??? Seriously!?! There has got to be a better solution. If anyone knows of one, I'd appreciate hearing about it...PLEASE
Santa Chuck, I’m sorry that you are having Bluetooth issues. We will get this resolved for you! When your headset disconnected was it fully charged? Do you receive an error message when you try to pair it?
