Randomly today my LG extravert which I just got back in late april of this year started acting up. I am able to send out texts and receive them while also am able to make and receive calls. The problem comes that when I call someone I don't hear it ring and when they pick up I can't hear them and they can't hear me. When someone calls me the phone rings like normal but when I answer I can't hear anything and they can't hear me. The volume during calls is at max and the calls are not muted. I don't know what to do but I have removed the battery twice and had nothing happen. Nothing happened today that was unusual to help explain the random problem. I got a call earlier in the day just fine but an hour later it no longer works. I don't want to go to verizon about this just yet but the phone is under warranty. I plan to visit them tomorrow if I can't find a fix.
I would go into a store and have it looked at since it should have a 1yr makers warranty. Mary
