When I attempt to save pictures as picture ID's, I get a message that says "Can not save." I know other people have had similar problems- is there any way to go about fixing this?
Hello reps15! Thanks for reaching out about this. I haven't heard of this issue occuring with the LG Octane before. A couple things you want to be sure of when setting a picture up with one of your contacts is that the picture you're using is supported by the phone. To be certain of that, the picture would need to have been taken by the phone's camera or have been sent to the phone via picture message. If the picture was sync'd to the phone via a USB cable or transferred via a memory card, there's a chance that it won't be supported.
If you've done that but still aren't able to set the picture, please let me know!
