I recently added a LG Revere flip phone to our family account and had it shipped to my 93 yo mother who lives in another state. She is elderly and this is her first cell phone. She asked me if there was a way to adjust the volume on incoming calls --- in call volume control -.. I do not have the same phone myself and do not have access to the book that came with it.
Can anyone advise me as to what to tell her?
I suggested that she try positioning the phone on different points near her ear - but thought there might be volume adjustment possibilities.
