LG VX10000 Flash content is not found

I just bought a reconditioned LG VX10000. When I try to bring up the World Clock, I get an error message "Flash content is not found", this also happens with the animated wallpapers. The LG tool says that I am running the latest code rev (VX10KV12).  Does anyone know what going on or, better, the fix?

Hey there DecusGeek,

I understand how you would want to use the World clock and the animated wallpapers on your phone. I searched for that error, however, I did not find anything in particular. My finding on it is that over the years, as well as resets that have been done, the files needed for that content have been corrupted or erased. Someone may have tried to load a different software on the device and the reset it back to default, but in the process, removed the necessary files for the features you are inquiring about. There isn't any fix known for this type of issue. I am very sorry. If you need any additional help, please let us know.

Re: LG VX10000 Flash content is not found

Unfortunately Verizon has a history of dropping support for old phones

as quickly as they can get away with it, I have found, so I'm not

surprised. Guess I'll go back to its predecessor. Thanks for following

up on this.
