I Just got my phone activated and had to call and take the data plan off. Is there a way to get backup assistant working without a data plan. It worked on my Samsung intensity without a data plan. Any help would be appreciated.
You probably have to download it to the phone. Call Verizon they will walk you through it. There is no charge to download or use it.
