Locating flip phones

Can you still locate a 3g flip phone like revere 3 or convoy 3 with family locator now that we have smart family? Can we locate the new 4g flip phones.? How? If so, can it only be done on. A consumer account or can you also do it on a business account?

It is not possible to track a basic phone since it is necessary to download an app to be able to use some of the features for Smart Family.
