Lost Samsung (VZ) cell phone on 2 year plan (1 year left). No insurance. Can I get second hand Brightside (VZ capable) and get a new sim card from VZ?

Just activate on your line and dial *228 option 1. You can do change device online on your my vzw

Yes you won't need a Sim card with a brightside
