Seeing Verizon will not help solve the problem of the eror customers like my self have had with Media Center unable to retrieve catalog. Try again later (3332). Error
I found a simple solution.
I cracked the screen on a phone that did not have the error so I was able to recover and back up my contact list but my replacement phone of the same model and software version could not get backup assistant to load kept getting the 3332 error. Verizon’s Tech support solution was you need a newer model phone. I would not have a problem with getting a newer model phone but the phones they offer are toys not phones like the Motorola W755 I have. Anyhow you can use the old phone to transmit your contacts via Bluetooth make both phones discoverable link them together. Then Highlight a contact in the old phone select option scroll down to send name card then select Bluetooth then select add then select add all select send choose the new phone shown in Bluetooth menu. You contacts will transfer over.
