Basic flip phone, no camera, no days plan. Received text several messages that I'm unable to open, view, or erase. Trying to do any of those actions results in phone freezing and I'm unable to go back to a previous screen. Have to reboot each time. Tried shutting off, tried removing battery, even went to Verizon store. Got no help there. Looked for a software update from the main menu and nothing was available there either.
dfroggy79, sorry to hear that you are having some troubles with the device, but we definitely want to help figure this out for you. How long has this been going on exactly? Aware of any recent changes since the issue started? Being a basic device we may have limited options if we are unable to even delete the messages. I would recommend backing up your contacts and then we can try a hard reset to see if that will clear the issues.
