My LG Extravert 2 Microphone isn't working! When I receive a call or try to call I can hear the other line but they can't hear anything I say. What do I do?

Being able to have the person on the other end of the phone hear you is extremely important! I am sorry to hear that your microphone doesn't seem to be working. Let's see what we can do here. Is there anything covering the microphone? Often times new phones have plastic film on them that could block this. Did you add a case to the phone at all? Please share some additional details so that we can help get you back in action ASAP!
