My Samsung Gusto contacts are not all backing up on the cloud?

Back up Assistant on my phone says I have over 200 contacts but the cloud only has 153.

I have synced the contacts and both said that contacts have been updated.

They are just regular phone numbers in my phone and not in any other accounts like gmail etc.

I understand having all your contacts are important. Let's get you all taken care of. With the Samsung Gusto, did you review your contacts to make sure nothing was a duplicate at all? Also have you recently deleted any contact info off your phone or made any type of changes in your phone contact list? This could be a possibility of where the difference can be occuring. If you click on this link provided it will let you access your contacts via online through the website so you can view and ensure everything is correct.
