Can anyone tell me how to back up my contacts from my env3 to my pc please? Appreciate any help

Directly, I don't think you can.  But you can use Backup Assistant to back them up via MyVerizon, and then export the list to Excel to save on your computer.  The "export" choice is one of them options once you are logged in to backup Assistant.

I use back up assistant on mine and it works great.  Someone once suggested bitpim but I could never get it to recognize my ENV3 so don't know if I wasn't using it right or what.  Mary!
