Have 3 phones on my account. On Saturday, February 13th, all of them stopped working as phones. Phone rings of incoming calls are working, but no voice communications of any kind. 2 phones are pure VoLTE (4G), specifically Kyocera duraXV Extreme. DATA works, WiFi calling works, but no VoLTE. Contacted VZ, they have no idea what happened or how to fix it, including "top" level technicians. Everything seems to be set up correctly, according to their evaluation of my account.
Conclusion: VZ is a horrible outfit with nobody to take care of the very serious problems, selling cell phones which can not work reliably as cell phones. I need resolution of this situation ASAP.
