Is there a list anywhere out there for no data plans? My kids do not need data but the phone selection for upgrade, are no so good and I have found other phones they like, (refurbished) but need to know if I have to have data with them. Didn't want to call verizon and ask on every phone I find. Phones they liked was a rogue touch +slide keyboard and I think the LG choc. touch... Does anyone know if those 2 require a data plan? Thanks for an help!
All's you have to do is hold your mouse over "shop" and select "basic phones"
And neither of those require data package.
That's true for current phones; however, the two he mentioned are not current phones.
Basic phones and the previously marketed 'multimedia device' phones do not require data plans; there are several threads in the forum that may reference the phones you're interested in ... several others have also wanted to verify phones that do not require data plans.
