I have a Kyocera military spec flip phone. It is the phone I want. Sending texts is near impossible during rush hour or the weekends. Getting the phone to connect during these times is almost as bad. I have been told it is my phone, but when I drive 4 miles up the road to Divide everything works as it is supposed to.
Verizon, you need to so something with your Woodland Park tower!

perhaps the seclusion of the 4 mile drive is the problem...verizon doesn't have a responsibility to provide big city services/towers to every square inch of the us.

Sorry to hear about the trouble with your connection, manoweld. We know a working phone can be critically important. We will be happy to look into this matter with you. How long ago did this problem begin happening? Also, what signal type & strength do you see on your phone's display? EricW_VZW
