I have a Keyocera DuraXV E4610 LTE Verizon phone.
Issue: I have one specific phone number that ALWAYS goes straight to voice mail for calls and texts.
1- The number is not in Call Rejection.
2- I am not blocked on their end (which wouldn't send them to voice mail on my end anyway.)
3- Their number is the only one in my Contacts that has a check mark by the number. Significance?
4- I have deleted their Contact Information and reentered it - Same issue and checkmark returns.
5- Removed battery, rebooted phone and updated software. . . no joy.
Any suggestion or answers? It's hard to do business with this person when email is the ONLY form of communication.
everyonehatesverizon, we certainly want all your contacts to be able to contact you fully. We appreciate the details you have provided as well as the steps you have taken. I am more curious about the check mark next tot hat contact. This is the only contact that has it by their name? When are you seeing the check mark by their name/number? As an example, when you are scrolling your contact list? When you select their contact? etc?
