How do i get rid of the message not sent notification? It keeps coming back after I dismiss it.

Having an unwanted notification can be annoying Spiderriko but we are here to help. You can delete that unwanted message by pressing the right soft key to choose messages on your main screen. Highlight the message you want to remove, select delete then select ok. Please let us know if this information is helpful.

Continue to get failed to send messages (now at 31) notification.  Notification continues to return each time I view messages.

Same problem of not being able to dismiss the failed sent message notification. Will not let me see which messages failed, and can not dismiss the notification. Will dismiss for a minute then pops back up. Have tried powering down, and turning back on.

Please help.

I had this same problem. I was just now able to resolve it by going into my messages, pressing the top right button for "Options," selecting "Settings," then "Notifications," then turning off "Display message notifications in the status bar" and finally removing the existing notification. Now if I go back into messages, the notification does not come back.

You didn't read/answer the question posted by Spiderriko.

Like others posting here, we continue to get "Message not sent" notifications on the Orbic Journey, no matter how often we Dismiss the notification. Super annoying.

The only way to stop is to disable text message notifications in the Status Bar, but then there are no notifications when a new message is received, not a practical solution.

Yet another reason I regret getting an Orbic Journey from Verizon
