Pantech Caper

Hey Guys! I just upgraded to an LG Extravert because my Caper screen broke, leaving my pictures, and important locked text messages on my old Pantech Caper. Does anyone know of a way I can transfer these old texts, and pics to my new phone or online?

Good morning tbone5624,

I know it hurts when a phone breaks! After all, most of us have an emotional attachment to our device as they do so much for us. I am truly sorry to hear about your broken phone my friend. May I ask does the original phone power up? If so then there may be a chance that the pictures can be extracted from the device at our corporate store location. Although it’s not guaranteed to work, I’m sure that it’s worth a try. I have provided a link to our store locator for your convenience.

If you would be so kind to share the results of the store visit then that would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you…

Did you try connecting it to your computer with a micro USB cable? You may be able to retrieve your photos that way.
