After opening a ticket with Verizon, I called back today to get the update on my ticket number. The new tech I talked to advised I should try another browser to update my contacts. I know better than that and I didn't think about it. I used Internet Explorer, went into my gmail contacts, downloaded the .CSV file for outlook NOT THE GMAIL .CSV file, saved it to my desktop, then opened backup assistant on Verizonwireless.com and uploaded my contacts just fine (whew) was not going to have to rekey 439 contacts by hand. When you use your Pantech phone, go to contacts and sync with backup assistant after your done online and your phone will get all your contacts. I hope this helps anyone!
