How do I get an ,mp3 file from "my sounds" to be used as the alert tone. I have tried options, set as, alert tone and it doesn't work. What am I missing/
Let's review available options mike51! Once you have set a music file to your MicroSD card as a ringtone, that song will be added to your Ringtones list. Try saving the mp3 to your SD card and then select the song as a ringtone. There are also online and or 3rd party applications to assist. Please keep im mind we do not support non Verizon Wireless service and you can use the services at your discretion. Thank you.
