How do I move pictures from internal storage to a Micro SD card in my Convoy SCH-U680 flip phone?

Any chance there is a similar route for copying addresses and saved text messages to my new iPhone?

While we do offer Verizon Cloud Contact Backup option for backing up your phone address list; we don't have an option available to copy text messages from non smartphone devices.
