Why is Verizon treating it's customers that do not have smartphones like that don't want to be bothered by them? I have a basic phone ( no media package), but I I want to change my ringtone. I use to be able to go onto Verizon pick the tone and purchase it. It was then sent to my phone. Now it seems that I need to first download an app which I can't without a media package. I contacted a Verizon sales rep on Live Chat, but was told they cannot help me.
