In October 2021, replaced a Samsung 3G flipphone. Local independent Verizon store sold us a Nokia 2720 V Flip. Rapidly found that the Nokia lacked many of the functions and features of the Samsung. Also, within 3 months, the external screen began working only occasionally - one or two days in a month. Returned to the selling store twice, and a location listed as a 'corporate store', was told that there was nothing wrong, and they couldn't do anything about the problem. Contacted Nokia, similar lack of results. Now it's re-booting sporadically, even in the middle of a call.
Will probably be replacing this phone soon. Not with a Nokia, and not thru Verizon.
