I have been trying to add minutes to my companies prepaid phone since 4pm yesterday (CMT) and it still isn't working, neither is your technical support "hotline" or my ability to register the phone so I can do it online. I can't even check how many minutes I have left, I can't do anything with the phone. What is wrong and when will this be fixed?
