I have never been SOOOOOOOO frustrated trying to get through to a business to talk to a human being.  I manage my aged parent's account and they were billed for MB usage....a minute!  I just spent over half an hour trying to get this resolved by using the internet and calling numerous toll-free numbers, all of which looped back to the same message. 

I am so glad I am not a Verizon customer and I will advertise my frustration...in my pink dress!

I usually just dial 611 from my phone and speak directly to an agent pretty quick. Mary
