3 of the 4 phones on my account haven't switched to the daylight savings time. The only one that did switch automatically was an iphone. Is verizon having a problem?
Have you tried power cycling the devices and/or making a call with the devices to see if that resets the time?
Yes we did power down and then back up with all three. We also called each phone to see if that would help. I just had a thought ... would removing the battery help? I've had verizon phones for many years and I"ve never had this happen.
