I have a Samsung intensity 2. It has been working fine (for the most part) but today I stopped receiving messages from my boyfriend. But just him, no one else. At first I didn't get his and he didn't get mine, but after pulling out the battery he got mine, but I still can't get his. What's happening?
We have similar problems. I send a text. The sent message status says "success," but never gets delivered.
Hello PTC! I'd like to help you to resolve your messaging concerns. I need more details about your experience. What kind of phone do you have? When did this issue start? Have you downloaded/installed any 3rd party messaging applications to your phone or do you use the preloaded app for messaging? Does this delivery failure occur on every message or just to certain contacts? If needed, would you be able to provide the phone number, Dion M.
