I have an old Samsung Alias 2. All of a sudden, I can't access my voice mail. Just started doing that today. I have 2 voicemails, but when I call voicemail it doesn't ring, and finally times out.
Are you using *86 to call your voicemail? Or speed dial 1 ? If so, try using your full 10 digit phone number, area code and XXX-XXXX. See if that works.
If that doesn't work, then maybe call forwarding is set - to disable it if it is set, dial *73, press SEND, wait for the tone. Then try calling voicemail again.
If these don't work, post back, or go to a Verizon store so they can look at the voicemail setup on your account to see what happened.
