I do not which pin I need.  I am on hold on the phone and they want my pin number - that is all that the automated phone recording said

You don't find it, that would defeat the purpose. It's something that should have been set up when the account was created by you.

What action were you trying to take when you were challenged with a PIN? This will allow us to know which PIN you need, as there are a few possibilities. EricW_VZW
