Re-register with My Verizon?

My husband and I just purchased new phones and a new contract.  I tried to use My Verizon to check some information and it still thinks we are on the old phones.  It did not update to our new plan, nor phones.  We still have the same phone numbers.  Do I have to re-register with My Verizion? in order to get current information?

No, you shouldn't have to re-register.  Did you dial *228 option 1 on the new phones (unless they are $G with a SIM card, then the SIM should take care of the updating).  How long ago did you do the update?  When we get new phones they are shown pretty quickly - do the new phones work as expected?

Congrats on the new phones and plan! How long ago did you upgrade? Were the phones already active when you signed into My Verizon? You will not have to re-register your account. My Verizon changes can take around 24 hours to update. Keep us posted!
