Receiving pictures

Anyone else having problems receiving pictures sent from a computer?

I send and nothing happens on the phone.

How are you sending the pics?  How large are the pics? What format are they?  What type of phone do you have?

Your phone should be able to handle jpg files, up to about 500 kb in size.  Some phones can handle larger images.  They should be attached to an email, and sent to your10digitnumber@vzwpix.com

Does the message send or fail?

I have a Samsung Intensity II.  The point is that I sent from my computer, and it never showed up on my phone.  No error message saying file was too large or anything else, neither on my computer nor my phone.  That is what was weird.

What address did you send the email to?  And did you attach the file or send it inline in the body of the email?

I attached to file and don't receive pictures. with pixels lowered.
