Is there no technique to limit spam on flip phone - getting 10+ calls a day about Medicare plans, student loans, credit card offers, etc?

"Do not call" is useless.

Spam calls are never fun, drhdoiii! One of the things that you can do is register your number with the National Do Not Call Registry.

The DuraXV Extreme does have a Call Rejection feature which can be used to send unwanted calls straight to voicemail.  Here are some basic steps to add a phone number from the Call History list to the Call Rejection list:

1) From the Idle screen, press the Center soft key [Menu] > Call history > Missed calls, Received calls, Dialed calls, or All calls.

2) Highlight an entry and press the Right soft key [Options] > Add to call rejection.

3) Press the Center soft key [Save].
