I'm here to help! Let's get that device up and running, so you can fully use our network. Are you getting an error message when you make a outbound call? Where is the previous device that had your mobile number programmed on it? If you have your old device please make sure its powered off.
On the Alias please remove and reinsert the battery. If this Alias was programmed on any other phone numbers on your account power off those devices. Please dial *228 then send press option 1 to program. Please make a test call after programming.
