The apps page randomly begins loading and will not turn off. The only thing that works is removing the battery. It is a brand new phone. Anyone else have this problem or have advice about how to fix issue?
have you tried letting the app page load all the way through before exiting out? sometimes with mine if I go into apps by accident it takes a second or two to have it run trough the load before I can close it.
