I recently bought a Samson Bright Side phone from Verizon wireless. Of course i was told that it was a wonderful phone and should not have any problems at all with it. Well i have had it 3 months and now the drag screen keeps coming on by its self. I do not know why can any one help with this thanks
does this happen after you do not use it for some time? this is a security feature so you don't pocket dial anyone.
We want you to love your new phone Green1962! The Samsung Brightside is a great device. Allow us to get you back in love with your phone. What exactly do you mean by the drag screen? Have you installed an new application recently? In meantime, try removing the battery then reinserting the batter and test device. Also, what's the software version on the phone? To check this From the main screen, select settings>select phone info.> Select View Phone information>software version.
