Samsung Brightside screen has been showing "connecting" different times in last couple weeks. But it never would complete anything and it would just drain the battery. Today, it got stuck on the connecting, so we took out the battery. Now it won't turn on at all. We have tried all the troubleshooting: charging; remove battery; charge with no battery; etc. Nothing changes. The contract is up in a month. From what I read on here, it seems that this happens a bit right before the contract.
I am sorry to hear your device is not working. Do you run any 3 party apps on the device? How long does it hold a charge after completely? Check to make sure the device is not running any apps that can drain the power.
