This is my 3rd Samsung Brightside phone I have gotten in the past year. My touchscreen went out on my last one and I had not even had it 3 months. I got verizon to send me a NEW ONE and i have had it for about 2 months and it's definitely not sending texts over 160 characters long or 1 page. I have dialed *228 and followed the directions to reset my towers. I have restored my phone. Turned it on and off. Took out the battery. NOTHING WORKS. I am quite frustrated with this and Verizon and Samsung need to fix this. This is a BRANDNEW PHONE. I've never dropped it. No damage. Nothing. Im at a loss for words and I really don't know what to do. I don't want to pay 50 dollars to get my 4th one and it work for a month and stop. This is ridiculous.
