Had an issue with my Samsung Convoy 2. Verizon service rep suggested contacting Samsung. Samsung rep asked me to do a factory reset. After the reset, the Media Center "Apps", "Search", and "Mobile Web" all report "Not Supported", and there is no option for "Browse & Download". "My Verizon" and "Backup Assistant" also show "Not Supported". How do I download Backup Assistant and get my contacts back?

First, what problems were you experiencing before the Factory Reset? I want to see if the reset helped, or if the problem is the same as it was before, meaning, it didn't help. How long have you had this phone? Please try removing battery & SD memory card, (if you have one), for 30 seconds and restart. Let's see if it updates your phone.
