Hi all,
I have a Samsung Convoy that I activated in the spring of 2012, then shut it down for about seven months and just reactivated it this month. When I try to access my contacts list, I can only pull up the first page. If I try to search for a contact or scroll down the list, the phone shuts off and restarts. I've tried accessing via the soft key, the main menu, and the result is always the same. I really like this phone...but I need my contacts!!!!
