Someone please help? the Customer Service computer didn't help me out at all.... What do i do??? Anyone got any ideas on this? it really helps, thanks!

What happens when you dial #PMT (#768)?

Is this a pre-paid or contract phone?  Can you get customer service using *611?

You should be able to set up a MyVerizon account by going to verizonwireless.com and registering your phone number .... or do you have no access to a computer?
