Samsung Gusto III won't power on past the Verizon Screen and shuts off immediately.
It turns on to the first Verizon screen and shuts off. If I hold down the power or plug it in to charge it keeps turning on and off only on the Verizon screen. Even if I take the battery out and plug it into the wall it still does the same thing. Only had the phone less than 2 weeks and I'm extremely upset that it's prepaid and using up part of my plan while it's unusable.

Don't you get a 1yr warranty on manufacturers defects like you do on a contract phone? Have you tried going to a Verizon store to see what they say? Did you try calling support from another phone? Mary
