My daughter's Intensity started having an issue with phone calls. When you call her or she calls you we can't hear each other unless there is are earphones plugged in. The phone is just over a year old and I would hate to have to put money out to get it fixed. Any suggestions as to why this is happening?

This seems like an issue with the microphone. Have you checked the microphone for any debris/dust? Lastly, has there been any physical or liquid damage?
