Samsung Intensity II

I don't know what to do...the end button on my Samsung Intensity II just stopped working.  To end my call, I had to take the battery out of the phone.  Now I can't turn the phone back on because the end button is the on/off button as well.  The Verizon representative said that they don't fix phones.  What can I do?

Standard Limited Manufacturer Warranty covers repairs during 1-year period from the date of purchase. Contact Samsung if the 1-year period applies to you. I am surprised that Verizon Customer Service Rep has not advised you about this.

Oh goodness! You can't do much without that end button.
As long as there is no physical and/or liquid damage to the Intensity 2 and if you are still within the 1 year manufacturers warranty, we can replace it for you.
Give us a call (from another phone) 800.922.0204 option 3.
If there is physical damage to the phone and you have insurance, you can file an insurance claim to have the phone replaced http://bit.ly/07CrqPK.
