Your account number is on your bill. You or the account owner setup the account password.

Hi Sarah, it's been a few days, so I'm hoping you have been able to activate your phone by now. When activating a phone you'll just need the mobile number and account password. The account password is set by the account owner and will not be listed online or any paperwork. If the options in the IVR aren't allowing you to reach customer service, just press 0 and you will be directed to customer service.
