So I have my Samsung Reality phone, and I want to reset it back to factory setting but I can't remember what my pin was. I have tried using the default of the last 4 digits of my phone number but it still wont budge. Do I just have to take it in to the store and have them reset it or am I out of luck? HELP! lol

Have you tried using the pin code 0000? If that does not work, I would go down to a coporate verizon store for assistance.

Try dialing *228 and pick option 1. When the phone restarts try using the last four of your number for the code. I know this works for basic lg phones-it resets the pin to the last four of the mdn....so maybe see if it works on this.

Hi rojopenguino,
Thanks for reaching out to us. I know how upsetting it can be to forget your passcode for your phone. There have been some good responses on your post for a resolution. Generally, the passcode is the last four of your phone number. If you do change it, we do not have access to the new code. I would recommend dialing *228 press send and choose option 1. This should reactivate the phone and also change the passcode back to the last four of your phone number. If this does not work, you can try a store to see if they can assist. http://bit.ly/3SdsA I would recommend calling ahead to make sure they would be able to do it for you. I hope all works out for you.
Thanks,
