Samsung Smooth phone Available?

Awhile back, my brother bought the Samsung Smooth phone and he pays by the month.  ($50).

Yesterday, he dropped his phone into a glass of Crystal Light lemonade.  He pulled it out immediately and is able to use it but barely.  He thinks it's failing.

He asked me to come to this site to buy another Smooth phone but I can't find it.  (He can't get online or to a Verizon store right now).  He paid $20-25 for it - I can't find any phones in that range unless it comes with a 2 year plan which he does not want.  He likes the $50 a month plan.

Am I correct in that it's not here?  I think the cheapest phone I found was $50 with the pay by the month plan.  Can anyone find anything cheaper with that plan?

The Samsung Smooth is a discontinued basic phone. http://www.phonearena.com/phones/Samsung-Smooth_id3563

You can see if you can find one elsewhere like ebay, amazon, swappa, etc.
